On Saturday, 15th October, Zlata Tomljenović, assistant professor at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Rijeka, held an art workshop called “Picture book and illustration – let’s paint a story”
The workshop participants were children between the ages of six and twelve. The children were introduced to basic terms related to picture books- illustration, examples of illustrations from artistically valuable picture books, and combined art techniques – which they used to create their artworks.
