On Thursday, July 1st, 2022, Darija Žmak Kunić and Ela Štefanac from the Academy of Applied Arts, University of Rijeka, held a watercolor painting workshop called “Postcard from Cres.”
The workshop participants were both children and adults. First, there was a short introductory lecture on watercolor painting techniques with examples of good practice. Access to participants is individualized, and the tasks at the workshop were adapted to both participants with prior knowledge and beginners. The practical part consists of painting on paper in the format of a postcard, which all participants will be able to keep as a memory or send/gift to their loved ones.
